Users are solely responsible for the links they submit and the content they access. NeoDebrid does not control the content hosted by external providers and is not responsible for its legality, accuracy, or availability.

If you believe a link was generated to content that infringes your rights, please use the Abuse/DMCA channel below.

4) Third-Party Hosts

Our service interoperates with independent hosting providers. Their speeds, uptime, policies, and geographic restrictions are outside our control. We may add, limit, or remove host support at any time.

• No guarantee of constant availability for any specific host.
• You must comply with each host’s terms and applicable laws.

5) Copyright / DMCA & Abuse

We respect intellectual property. Send copyright or abuse notices to [email protected] including:

• your contact details and proof of rights ownership or authorization;
• the exact source link(s) and enough information to identify the allegedly infringing content;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.

Upon valid notice, we will review, disable further generation for the reported resource where feasible, and, if necessary, notify the user and cooperate with lawful requests.

6) Acceptable Use

You may not use NeoDebrid to violate laws or third-party rights. Prohibited uses include (non-exhaustive):

• generating links for public redistribution or resale;
• bypassing host limits, using bots/scrapers that degrade performance, or sharing accounts across multiple households;
• accessing or distributing illegal or infringing content.

7) Availability & Limits

To maintain stability, we may apply daily caps, file-size limits, parallel session limits, or temporary throttling. Features and host support may change without prior notice.

8) Privacy, Cookies & Logs

We process limited data to operate and secure the Service. See our Privacy Policy for legal bases, retention, and your rights.

• Minimal logs may include timestamps, IPs, user agent, and host usage statistics for security, abuse prevention, and capacity planning.
• Cookies are used for sessions and analytics as described in the Privacy Policy.

9) Security

We employ standard security controls (TLS, access controls, monitoring). No system is perfectly secure; promptly report suspected issues to [email protected].

We do not warrant specific speeds, uninterrupted host availability, or that generated links will remain valid. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party hosts or networks.

This Legal Notice and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of UK. Courts located in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
